Prices 2024

The price included the final cleaning, electricity, linen (changing every 10 days), towels (changing every 3 days), TV, WLAN, heating, taxes and a privat parking lot.
At a staying under one week we calculate surcharge of 10%.

The deposit is 200 € (or 30%) per week. The reservation is valid from the obtain of the payment.
On the arriving day we demand the remaining payment. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

The apartment is available from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 hrs on the day of departure.

Out of consideration for people suffering from an allergy pets are not allowed.

One child under 3 years is free.

Each additional person 20 € extra charge per day.

The city tax of Meran is € 2,20/ day/person from 14 years.
